Preparing Your Property

Before We Arrive

• Turn on all interior lights (including lamps).
• Open blinds and curtains for natural light.
• Ensure all clutter is removed from floors and counters.
• Hide personal items and sensitive materials.
• Secure pets in an area not being scanned.
• Make sure all doors can open fully.

Exterior Preparation

• Move vehicles out of driveway or front area.
• Close garage doors.
• Remove trash bins and yard clutter.
• Turn on outdoor lighting (if applicable).

During the Scan

• Stay out of camera view to avoid appearing in scans.
• Avoid moving items once scanning begins.
• Notify the photographer of any special features to highlight.
